TailVoy ships to most countries and regions worldwide.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Most international orders are delivered within 5–12 business days, although delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
TailVoy may also offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed on our website and during checkout.
5. Duties & Taxes
To provide a worry-free shopping experience, TailVoy ships using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever available.
This means that applicable customs duties, import taxes and VAT are covered by TailVoy whenever possible.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
No additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees will be collected upon delivery whenever DDP service is available.
6. Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
